Our online store is well laid out and simple to use. During your first visit to 5rooms or when searching for a specific item, our customers are guided through the shop step by step to complete their purchase quickly and conveniently.

Safe and secure shopping

Once your desired items are in your shopping cart, customers can choose between the various secure payment options. Payment can easily be made via credit card, debit card or an instant EFT. After a successful purchase, shoppers are informed about the current status of their order. Each customer receives a tracking number with which they can follow up their order until delivery.

Fast and free delivery

Our orders take priority and get delivered to you as soon as possible, often the next day! Sometimes, things happen that are out of our control, so it may take a bit longer. Please allow up to a maximum of 15 days to receive your purchase, keeping in mind, we're bringing you the best international product(s), which take time to get to us. At 5rooms, customers don’t pay for the delivery of orders above R500! Delivery takes place between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
